FISH WILD - FISHING IN SCOTLAND
The Fishing
As with the above-mentioned two rivers, the Clyde also rises in the hills north of Moffat. It may be better known for its relationship with shipbuilding and Glasgow, but the middle and upper reaches of the Clyde also offers excellent brown trout and grayling fishing. Remote hill lochs for wild brown trout are also part of the Fish Wild deal.
A special package is also available for the beautiful island of Islay, the southernmost island of the Inner Hebrides where the loch fishing for brown trout can be almost unbelievably good. Sea trout and salmon fishing can also be enjoyed on Islay and a little island hopping to neighbouring Jura will provide the more intrepid angler with a never-to-be-forgotten experience. Islay is known as the whisky isle and home to seven of our country’s finest single malts, including Bowmore, Laphroig and Ardbeg. If Fish Wild can’t provide you with the ideal fishing package for your particular needs, we’ll know somebody who can. So get in touch, and share in our passion for fishing wild in Scotland. |
